(The Boy’s Hangout) One thing that has been brought up various times in photography class has been the position of the subject and the lighting. It is definitely easier to shoot a subject when the lighting is hitting the model straight on since it would make it easier for the photographer to keep the image looking clean. The only problem I could say with shooting in such bright sun is the constant battle to make sure one’s settings are always in check. For example, I shot multiple different images of the same model, Rafa, and most of them came out either over or underexposed. I believe I managed to capture the right moment and personally my photography teacher Mr.Gallegos’s presence in the picture seems to fit in perfectly.
